You can upload up to 10 photos of your room through the website after you’ve placed your order. Alternatively you can choose to send your photos via WhatsApp or email. For tips on how to take the best photos, check out our How To Guides here.
Envy specialises in interior design, so we can offer recommendations in terms of decor but we’re unable to offer any structural advice.
The Envy process is based on open communication and direct contact with your dedicated interior designer, ensuring that you will end up with a room that you truly love. We are confident that you will be very happy with the final results, but if there are any aspects you would like to have tweaked slightly, just let us know. With Envy you can have up to two minor revisions of your room design to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product.
Envy recommends that you refer to a qualified electrician for any electrical work (lighting etc.) or a handyman for items that may need to be anchored walls.
