Brief
Once you’ve purchased your design package online, simply upload your room dimensions and photos at a time that suits you. You can do this via the upload facility on this website, WhatsApp, e-mail, text or Messenger. Click here for our contact details.

Chat with your designer
The initial consultation is Envy’s opportunity to learn about you, your style and your budget, enabling us to create a custom design unique to you and your individual requirements.
The call should take between 15 and 30 minutes, during which you will get to know your designer and learn a little bit more about the way we work. Please note that no design advice will be offered at this stage of the process.
It is your choice how we contact you. We can Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp video call, or simply telephone you!
You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have about the incredible design package Envy can offer you.
You can arrange a free initial consultation with Envy using our online booking system prior to purchasing the full design package. There will be no pressure to ‘sign up’ during this call and we will not take any payments over the phone. If you decide not to progress any further with Envy you will not be charged. (NB, this only applies if you have not purchased the full design package online).
Visualise your design
Initial Style Concept Boards – Having learnt all about your style and requirements during the initial consultation, your dedicated designer will create two initial concept boards for you to review. Your thoughts and feedback on these will give us a strong understanding of how you would like your room to look, and will provide the basis for your final design.
Final design pack
Once we receive your feedback on the Initial Concept Boards, we are all set to create your Final Design Pack. This can take up to 2 weeks to complete, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Go shopping!
Once you have your completed Final Design Pack, you are ready to go shopping and make that dream room a reality!
Your pack includes a shopping list with online links to every item selected, enabling you to buy every product in your design scheme when you are ready. This allows you the freedom to spread the cost of bigger purchases across paydays, and means you can schedule deliveries for times that suit you.
