There’s no need to have your photos and floor plan completed before you purchase online! Once you have bought Envy’s Full Design Package you are free to upload the details of your room in your own time. We will send you the odd reminder e-mail though, just to keep you on track for achieving your goal – creating a beautiful home you can be proud of!

Once you’ve uploaded the details of your chosen room, Envy will contact you within 2 working days to arrange your Initial Consultation.
After this has been completed at a time convenient to you, Envy will create two Initial Design Concept Boards within 5 working days and make them available for you to review.
Initial Design Concept Boards
You will be asked to provide Envy with your thoughts, feedback and preferences so that we can get a strong understanding of how you would like your final design to look. It is up to you how and when you provide this feedback, but we recommend that you come back to us within a week or two.
Final Design Pack
Once we receive your feedback on the Initial Design Concept Boards, we are all set to create your Final Design Pack. This can take up to 2 weeks to complete, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait! We will be on hand to help you throughout the project, and once it’s completed you will receive a 30 days of post-design support, during which you can speak directly to your designer and ask any questions you may have in relation to your newly designed room.
In summary, we anticipate that the process from start (receipt of your room photos and floor plan) to finish (Final Design Pack) will take around 3 – 4 weeks to complete.
